Beef

For quite a few years, we have purchased either a 1/4 or a 1/2 a cow from a friend of Paul's who lives in Roosevelt.  Sometimes the Spencers don't want enough to make up the rest of cow #2 or cow #3, so I get to offer some to friends.  This year, I took a picture of our freezer to try and show how much 1/4 is.  The picture doesn't really give you a good scale.  But it is a reminder of how much we love the fresh, good beef we get every year.  I cannot eat beef anywhere else because I am spoiled with the delicious flavor of what we get.
