In an effort to be more healthy, I have stopped eating sugar and stopped drinking Diet Coke. It's been 3 months and I am still going strong. I keep on telling myself it is a permanent lifestyle shift, because I tend to be all or nothing when it comes to my addictions. I replaced drinking DC first thing in the morning with a green smoothie, and I replaced sugar snacks with these coconut chips from Costco. They are delicious!
