We love finding Daddy in his office at the church, and especially when we can show off our pretty Christmas dresses.

We finally got the family reunion pictures from last summer, and we were looking through them this morning. Ellie said, "There's Jasmine! She and I are BFFs." I asked her if she knew what BFF stood for and she said, "yeah, Best Friends Forever. Jasmine told me that. And we have a secret handshake. You give 5, and then knuckles, and then thumbs."

The Book Club Ladies love to meet on Black Friday for some shopping. We have relaxed in the last few years, and didn't meet until 8 a.m. My alarm either did not go off or I didn't wake up with it, and woke up at 7:46. I showered, dressed, and got to the meeting place by 8:25. I was impressed with myself.
Greg didn't have a game this year for the first time that I can remember. I told the BCLs I was in for the day, and I forgot that it is a 12 hour extravaganza. It was an awesome day with my friends, and Greg loved having the girls all to himself all day long.
We are only missing Kandice, who thinks it is more fun to go to Wyoming for Thanksgiving every year...

We were able to go watch Lyssa perform as Lady Thiang in The King and I. It was 3 hours of awesomeness. We went to the matinee so it wasn't too full, and I was able to walk around and bounce Cece in the back for about an hour until she fell asleep. Ellie ate up the whole show, sitting with Aunt Bobi and Uncle Brian. Lynnie did well until Daddy had to slip out early to go to his basketball game, and then she wanted to be done. Lyssa did great, with beautiful singing and a fun accent.

Cece has been constipated over the weekend, and finally got things moving. Then she was able to drink a full bottle (her first one in a couple of days), and I put her down to play while I got Lynnie's breakfast. I turned around a minute later, and Cece had already zonked out. She just leaned forward and fell asleep at 8:20 a.m. Poor girl was simply exhausted!

What a difference 20 minutes makes! Cece went from happily sitting on the diaper bag and playing, to totally zonked out for a nap.
I realized how tall Cece is this morning when I put this dress on her. This is the dress Ellie was wearing the first time she stood up by herself. She was 13 months old. Cece is 9 months old.

Ellie and Lynnie were so excited for the snow and they just. had. to. play. in. it! Grandma Camp gave Lynnie a snow art kit for her birthday, and I had to work pretty hard to convince them that there was just not enough snow yet to use that kit. Playing in the snow lasted for approximately 4 minutes, after which we had hot chocolate. I love it!

Greg was at his first basketball game of the year, Cece stayed home with a babysitter, and Ellie, Lynnie, and I went to the SCERA to see the girls' first live play. It was a fun date for us, and even more fun because we got to sit by Uncle Todd, Aunt Rachel, and Grandma Wendt.
